CIOB members are being given the chance to visit the site of the Zeal Hotel in Exeter – the first net zero operational carbon hotel.
Red Construction is delivering the project, a four-star hotel consisting of 5,148 sq m of floor space over four storeys.
Facilities include 142 bedrooms, bar and restaurant space along with private dining, conference space and a gym/fitness centre.
Outside will be hard and soft landscaping, parking and an improved ecological habitat.
