The number of Carillion employees made redundant since its collapse in January this year has now passed 2,250.
The latest update from the Official Receiver showed a total of 2,257 jobs made redundant through the failed contractor’s liquidation.
A total of 11,450 jobs have been saved.
In its most recent update, the Official Receive said 357 jobs had been transferred to new suppliers who have picked up contracts Carillion had been delivering.
However, 36 employees will leave the business this week.
The figures don’t include any jobs attached to contracts where an intention to purchase has been entered into but has not yet formally occurred.
