The housing association London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) has launched a process to appoint a consultant to a £2m contract bomb disposal framework.
L&Q houses 250,000 in more than 95,000 homes across London and is tendering for the provision for the unexploded ordnance survey consultancy for its new-build contracts to ensure that they comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
L&Q is expected to invite up to 10 candidates to bid as part of a two-stage tender process for the four-year deal.
