Amanda Fisher
Amey has made Amanda Fisher its acting chief executive at the same time as announcing the departure of Andy Milner, who has been at the helm of the company for four years.
Troubled Amey’s Spanish parent company Ferrovial reportedly put the UK company up for sale separately to the rest of its global support services division this summer, after it recorded a £428m pre-tax loss in 2018.
Amanda Fisher joined Amey from Balfour Beatty in 2017. She has also held a number of other roles at firms including Alfred McAlpine and Allied Healthcare, since leaving the armed forces, where she was a commissioned officer.
